What happens if your
DJ equipment breaks down during my event?
Unfortunately break downs do happen
do to many factors, such as faulty old wiring at the Event Hall, a
fuse outage and so on. But there are no worries with Rick-A-Shay's
DJ Entertainment, we always travel with another professional
quality, concert grade back up system, so the fun never stops!
I saw you are
offering unlimited consultation sessions but unfortunately I don't
have the time to meet with my DJ in person all the time, what can I
do about that?
We know that planning a special
event and juggling personal life can be very busy at times. That is
why we offer our free Online Event Planner to our customers.
You can log on to your own personal, secure Event Planner at any
time and customize your event the way you want it. Your personal DJ
will receive emails informing him about all the updates you have
made about your event. We are also are available to you via
email and by phone.
I can't find a
special song that I want played in your Online Music Library do I
have to buy it?
Our wide Music Library is updated
bi-weekly and it is packed with over 10.000 regular songs and over
5.000 karaoke songs, but if you can not find a particular song for
your special occasion no problem, we will try to get the song for
your event at NO cost to you. We just add it to our music
library.
Do I have to pay
for set up-tear down?
No, we do not
charge you for set up and tear down. With our prices there are no
hidden costs.
Do you provide
Microphones for Guest Singers/Speakers, Minister/Pastor?
Yes we can provide you with
wireless and corded Microphones for your Guest Singer/Speaker,
Minister/Pastor etc at no extra cost to you. Just let your DJ
know how many Microphones will be needed during the event.
When do you set up
your DJ equipment?
Your DJ will arrive at the event
approximately 90 minutes prior to the event starting time to set up
the equipment, do a sound check and ensure that everything sounds
and looks great. After the DJ has finished the set up, your DJ will
be there to greet your
guest's as they arrive, take music requests,
explain some activities to your
guest's and follow your entertainment
itinerary.
Do you just play music or
do you Emcee too?
We do more than just
play music, we entertain:). We can be as interactive or as passive as
you want us to be. You are in charge at all times, after all it is Your
event. Our DJ's are professional and experienced entertainers,
so if you want them to Emcee your event, they will do it, if you
want them to play interactive games with your
guest's, you got it.
You tell us what you want and don't want, and it will happen. Our
Customer is #1 at all times!
Do you require a deposit
and if so how much is it and what are the terms?
We ask for a $100
Reservation Fee to reserve your special date. The Reservation Fee is
fully refundable up to 90 days prior to the event. The deposit
amount will be subtracted from the total cost of your event.
